			<description><![CDATA[ My mare has been for the last couple days very spooky around the far end of the arena. There was a pile of newly painted jumps sitting at that far end. Often
when she becomes overly spooky it just means that she needs exercise. She did some huge spins so i figured she just needed to move and she would be better.

mare was leased for the spring/summer and did lessons 2 days per week at an equine assisted psychotherapy facility.  When she came home, I was told how well
schooled she was and that she did great, but seemed to have become very forward.  She was broke to barrels and was pretty forward when we first got her, but

A teenage friend at the stables where I board is having an issue getting her young mare to load in a trailer.

			<description><![CDATA[ I&#39;m having some problems with Constantine on the Longe line.

Here what has been happening recently.

I ask for a trot and he does... but drags his nose on the ground trying to get a bite of grass.  I jiggle the longe and tell him no, while still driving him
from behind, he gets cranky that I&#39;m starving him, and starts to pull AND drag his nose trying to get a bite. I in turn apply pressure on the end of the
longe (since his is now trotting with his nose facing away... ]]></description>

The new little gelding we got a couple months ago doesn&#39;t follow his nose around curves and turns. Instead, he tends bank into his turns like the way a
motorcyle leans into turns. Or, if you&#39;re doing a circle, he sort of quarters the circle with his shoulder leading the way instead of his nose - it&#39;s
more like an octogon than a circle. It can be lurchy and rushy and hard to ride.

can be) horse that will turn into a happy hacker.

			<description><![CDATA[ So I was made a good offer. My farrier/mentor feels that my mare would be a waste to sell and has offered me free lessons (she&#39;s a riding instructor).
I&#39;m taking her up on it.  So first lesson was on my saddle fit and position. I&#39;m to work on my seat in a saddle. I ride western. I have not ridden in a
