I was aware when I posted about tying a leg up that someone would take it that its abusive. It isnt, but I knew someone would take it that way. I do hope that if you ever work with a horse that plans to plant you in the ground, with both hind feet, that you'll consider it though.
I didn't say they all are. I have been to one of Clintons weekend clinics and have watched many of his videos. For the most part I like what he does, but I don't follow anyone blindly like many people do. I have had a horse turn it's ass on me and repeatedly double barrel at me while backing towards me. As long as he was kicking I was whacking him on the ass, finally he gave up and went back to work. He never tried it again. He had never done it before either, go figure. I didn't have to tie any of his legs up to get my point across. So like I said to each their own.
