I love love tea. Especially sun tea. I drink enough water daily (atleast 2 liters of plain water) but anymore than that and I sort of want to "treat" myself to something more flavorful. I don't like drinking sodas regularly, so I find keeping a water-type beverage handy is better, and its also healthier but still yummier than plain water.

Only drawback to tea however, is I do like to add sugar in my tea (southern tea is like syrup LOL) I don't add as much as everyone else does though!! Hmm

One of my dearest friends loves "Sweet Tea" which I had never heard of before (she's from Florida); I asked her what the difference was between Iced Tea (which we make here with sugar or honey) and Sweet Tea.  Her answer? "Uhh, sweetness." You haven't had sweet until you've had sweet tea.  Just about killed me! Hah.

My favorite iced tea recipe:

2 bags earl grey
2 bags peppermint tea
1 lemon (1/2 sliced, the other for juice)
Honey to taste
Fresh peppermint or lemon balm, bruised and chopped

Steep peppermint and earl grey teas for 10 minutes, add sliced lemon and juice from other half. Add honey and peppermint.  Allow to chill for an hour or two before adding ice (to keep it from getting to watery)

Here most people drink Sweet Tea... its something insane like 4 cups of sugar in a gallon, or something. I don't make mine insanely sweet. It will knock you out though if you aren't used to it...lethal! LOL I like adding honey to mine to add flavor..

I've never had earl grey tea. Infact, all I've had is...Well, southern sweet tea, lol Sun tea, Green tea, Red raspberry, and whatever this Crystal light stuff is. Oh and I like Arizonas Southern Style tea, but i know that doesn't count since its probably not tea at all, just flavoring and sugar!
