Under my jeans. It drives me bonkers when people wear them over. That being said, The big Stovepipe style boots are meant to be worn over your jeans, So maybe that was what you were seeing?

As a side note, when I flew to SC recently, there was a kid, probably 20 yrs old, wearing brand new stovepipe boots over carhartt jeans (Baggy) with a mossy oak sweatshirt and baseball cap on the plane with me. It was NOT a good look. The only way those boots look ok is over riding jeans that fit fairly tight.

ETA: to correct the name. They are buckaroo boots, not stovepipes. I got them mixed up.

What other people think of you is none of your business.
