I think the pony team has a home...

-12 year old dead broke ranch horse (he thinks mare, but will verify in the morning).
- 7 year old paint gelding.  Broke well for trails and ring.  Folks who purchased do not know how to ride and bought cheap.

Brad (auction guy) said lots more coming in:  A 10 year old bald-faced sorrel gelding. Brad rode him and said good for beginner, worst case, adv. beginner. He said another trailer of 'loose horses' just arrived. He'll go scope them out shortly.

Loose horses: gelding who bucks, two 'old crippled mares'... :-(

2 Ponies are super sweet, not foundered, broke to drive as a team. Ridden years ago, but mostly driven lately. 19 years. Both are grulla.

7 year old paint gelding (described above). Brad just rode him. He's a little green, but no buck. Ridden on trails and hunted. VERY big -- 16 h and Stout.

Said the ponies are adorable. She asked the KB who said they would go for $10/ea. He'd ship to BLS (?) for local processing. BLS supplies Fish, Wildlife & Parks with meat for the bear/big cat rehab facility. Owner of ponies will sell tack & cart cheap if a good home takes the ponies.

10 yr old bald face is 14 h -- described as a perfect 'ladies horse'. Broke well but may have too much get up and go for a beginner child, but great for a child who knows who to steer/stop.

7 yr old paint is great, sound, but has some get up & go. Registered APHA.

There is also an 11 year old ranch horse, but no one has addt'l info.

Only one priv. buyer today -- a boy looking for something for 4H.
