My Recent Posts
I didn't go to that link but did see that it was at SERA. I'm sure it's great info. I wish I could tell you I follow some sort of schedule but I really don't. As a general rule, I try to do at least 6 miles at least 2x a week, and at least 12 miles at least 1x a week. I SHOULD check P&R recovery times when I finish but I never really have, I just occasionally ride with my heart rate monitor to make sure he's doing ok. This year, sadly, I am not competing because of complications in my personal life, which is ironic because I've been riding a lot more lately so he might actually be fitter now than last year when we did our 100-mile ride!
