Mine have constant cow patty poops on pasture. Bob especially, and even in the winter he doesnt harden up much, I guess old age kickin in, but he also only eats second cut hay all winter which is very rich. But he has always been fickle that way, he used to have really hard stool, now its really soft, but it has always been consistently extra stinky. No colic issues though.
AJ always had normal stool, but its cowpie like now on pasture. Neither bad enough to mess themselves though.
I am putting them both on a multivitamin/electrolyte with probiotics in it so we shall see!
