I think I'm going to put her in lessons. I would be fine letting someone else's kid trot/canter but when it's your kid the "mommy bear" protectiveness kicks in. Someone else will push her and I know that I will hold her back not wanting her to get hurt. Plus, Marley is a good babysitter at a walk but when you start to trot she still tends to gets fast and choppy and she's so short backed that I don't think we could ride her double. Plus, Marley's brakes are still not working so hot all the time. Lesson barns have lesson horses....
