Im sorry Sonnet. At least tendons and ligaments do heal, eventually. I hope you can get back on the horse soon! I highly recommend acupuncture, I did some ligament damage to my hip snowshoeing a few years ago and after trying to wait it out on my own with no luck, 2 appointments of acu had it totally gone and I havent reinjured.

I must say I may go back to him soon because my ankle still isnt back to normal after the drunken falling incident.
