The genetic markers from the second page are only those of your mare.  You would have to have the markers of the suspected mare and stallion to confirm parentage.  Are you doing this for a registry?  They can/will confirm parentage for you, otherwise, UCDavis would have  to have copies of the stallion's marker tests to confirm for you.  They MAY have them on file, but sometimes they will not confirm or deny anything because of privacy issues.  They will answer questions and help you if you have copies of the mare and stallion markers on hand.  The fact that they list the suspected stallion as the sire means nothing -- it is not a confirmation.
