I do know genetics and am 100% POSITIVE that the markers you have are only for your mare. Do you have a copy of the stallion's markers (his test results)? If so, I can help you determine if it is POSSIBLE for him to be the sire. The only way to confirm paretage is to have the results/markers from BOTH the sire and dam.
This is what I paid UC Davis for. I purchased a DNA Parentage Verification Test from UC Davis.
The Welsh asssociation has all registered sire's DNA on file from what I am told, this is why the stallions registration number is required when sending in the test. They then request the DNA of the stallion from where ever it is on file and then compare it to my mare.

Hopefully I will get a call back today with some answers.
