-Bay FQH Stallion, 15yr, around 15hh, has been used as a teaser and stud, is broke to ride, good manners.(She wants $1500 for him, and selling because she's getting out of breeding. He has produced nice foals, but no champions, has good bloodlines).

Geld him. Seriously. If he's only worth $1500, he has no business being a stud and he's broke, so there are MANY more homes available for him as a gelding.

-Bay QH Mare, 20yrs around 15hh , was a top barrel horse, highschool rodeo, made it to nationals a few times and placed. (She bought her planning to use her as a school horse and/or breeding, but has decided not to is looking for $1500 obo)

Should be plenty of homes for this girl, assuming she's sound, for a little kid barrel horse. Your target is local 4-H and any saddle clubs that have gaming shows.

-Bay blanket Appy mare, 12yrs around 15hh, broke good trail horse. (this one belongs to someone else who lost thier land to fire and are trying to sell the horse to a better home. Looking for $1000 obo)

A good broke, colored trail horse will sell. With any of these get good pictures UNDER SADDLE. I hate ads for riding horses where they are not being ridden. And almost everybody has a video camera now so take a few clips under saddle. It is so easy to upload them to Photobucket - anyone can figure it out.

-Bay Clyesdale Mare, in her late teens around 16hh. Broke to ride, is no longer able to breed. (selling her because she has no need for a big horse anymore).

Again, plenty of people look for trail horses that can carry a larger rider. She sounds like something you can market as a "husband horse" and that's the tactic I'd use.

-Chesnut Friesian/QH/TB Filly, 1yr will be around high 16hh. Big pretty girl who is nice bone and muscle. They are thinking dessage prospect, but I could see and alround eventer. They are working AWS registration.

Problem is, she is a baby and eventing is many years in her future, and she's a funky cross. Sorry, but Friesian and QH WHY????? If she is a pretty mover, the video is a MUST. AWS registration means nothing to most people.

-Bay/Brown TB colt, 1yr will be around 16hh. Fast guy with Seatle Slew, and Northern Dancer bloodlines. Got the racing quaifications and all that.

Consider consignment to an actual Thoroughbred sale for this one if he's big and pretty and in good condition. If he doesn't look so hot, you are going to have a lot of trouble moving him along. The last TB sale I went to was all extremes. They either went for $200 or $8,000+. Real quality is still selling well but no one has any use for the mediocre ones.
