Like our pony.... we bought him as a gelding. He was a bit pushy and rude, but since I knew the people who owed him tended to let their horses be pushy and rude, I didn't think much of it. Then I saw him "self gratifying" himself and started to wonder, but he had NO obvious stallion parts - he looked like a gelding. We had the vet come out and check him - yes, he was a stallion. (woo-who, yippee.)

Sheesh. I would have sold him as a gelding, and then something like that could have happened with him... yikes. I think that the people we bought him from were clueless about him being a stallion - but SOMEONE along the line in his unknown history passed him off as a gelding. I wonder if he's made any fugly (but cute) foals for any unsuspecting pony / horse mare owners.
