Hey HP, you know what would be really interesting and educational, if you would post some horses you think make good hunter prospects, like one low end, one medium and one high end with your comments and critiques.  I know you show in the area at the big shows, and I've been out of the show game for a very long time.  Also, I did most of my riding in saratoga, NY where everyone and their brother had ottb's, so even our local rated shows had more tbs than wb's.  I'd really value your opinion on what is raw material to work with.

also, do you think his canter could be softened with work?  or do you think it's a "you've got it or you don't" thing
