You are my YouTube guru, so I'm excited to see these.
I had to giggle at the deadpan comment "this horse is a little out of shape, just like the rider" on the Collection video (#5).
I do seem to be having some tech issues- more than once, Firefox (v3.0) has crashed when I open one of the lesson pages. But I also seem to be able to watch a few of them without a problem. It happens if I watch a video or two, then try to go back and re-watch one again, I think. Maybe something to do with the way the cache saves the video or something?
On #3, right about 2:05 the sound cuts out, then back in at 2:40.
One thing I would like to see is a very specific, "WP for Dummies" example of a dropped shoulder and lifted shoulders. This concept is one I have some trouble really understand, both training-wise and physically. I can *see* things like deep hocks, a big split, rounded backs, level toplines, etc but I cannot see dropped shoulders on the straightaway. Maybe a future video?
The other bits of feedback are- I wish we could make the video screen larger; it is very crisp and good quality but just so tiny and I don't think I can make it bigger (even 2 or 3x would be great). The camerawork is good but it would be better (maybe) if the cameraman were more centered in the arena and you rode around him, so that the size and distance of the horse wouldn't change much in the frame. With the sun and the jump obstacles it might not be possible, but I thought I'd throw it out there. Finally, the layout of the site could be more attractive but that's just a minor thing.
This is a great idea and I am really enjoying it! Please take my comments as respectful constructive criticism and nothing less. I would be happy to help you fine tune the site with feedback. Oh, and I didn't see any ads because Firefox and AdBlocker are awesome
