I knew a Robert Roberts.

A common name in my (Italian) family is Adolph. Not a bad name, but guess who everyone thinks of?
I was supposed to get it, but since I was a girl, I just got stuck with the same initials.

I actually don't know that many people with strange names, but it does annoy me when people get all pissy about the spelling. Like if your name is Allison, expect to get it Alison, Allyson, Alyson, etc. Don't get pissy, just correct it and move on. My great grandma spelled my name differently til the day she died, I just smiled and kept going, lol!

Ok, so this wasn't really spelling...whatever, still names!
