Your best bet is to call the people who make them and ask about what breeds they used as a 'pattern.' Check Etsy, ebay, dog supply stores, etc. When I had an intact bitch, I bought the 'hot pants' at dog shows so I could see if they'd fit.

There are some commercially-made ones made of vinyl, but I would avoid those like the plague. They don't breathe, and nearly every person who has tried one had a dog who ended up with an infection. Get the cloth fabric ones, line them with a pantyliner, and have a few extra sets in case one gets soiled or you forget to take it off before the dog goes out to pee, etc.
