Ribbons, etc. does show that at least the horse has done something and was judged in some way. Who cares if their main picture does not show them under saddle- a buyer can email as ask for more pictures.

Perhaps the owner is really proud of his/her achievements and I applaud them for showing a grade horse. Should they only show at breed shows before they can show off what they have worked hard to earn? I showed at schooling/small po-dunk open events when I was a kid because my parents could not afford much. I hung those ribbons on my wall like they were the shit. I would have been crushed if someone made fun of them and told me they were worthless.

Now the age part (I just read that). Yes I would have a problem with showing a 2 year old under saddle, unless their ad is wrong?
