I wasn't trying to say the ribbons were worthless or anything, I'm just saying that my preference would have been to seen atleast one picture of him under tack. They have two pictures up, why couldn't one have been him being ridden, the other his ribbons?

I own and show a grade horse. We pull just as many ribbons as the fancy little purebred welshes and TBs, and I'm damn proud of my schooling show and Trillium ribbons. My greatest accomplishment was the first schooling show we won ribbons at, I think it was his third one. Anyways, we got a 3rd and an 8th, and when we got the reserve call for the hack, I was thrilled. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with featuring the ribbons, but if you're tying to sell a horse as a riding horse, then make it appealing to the buyers by showing it actually being ridden. Those ribbons are from 2 years ago, for all we know, the horse is lame or something now.

There is something about jumping a horse over a fence, something that makes you feel good. Perhaps it's the risk, the gamble. In any event it's a thing I need.
