I do more daily picking up of stuff, but when we're having company over, my husband pitches in 100 percent on scrubbing/dusting/mopping.
He's not a neat guy, meaning, he leaves his change all over the house, dirty clothes on the floor, he leaves a trail of mail, the interior of the truck and his shop are a total wreck. But he cooks! And well! And he could not be more supportive of my horsey habit - without complaint he'll help with feeding, moving hay and so on. I occasionally find myself getting resentful - why do I have to pick up his dropped change from the floor again! - but honestly, he helps me hugely and I try to keep that in mind.
He also does all the weedeating; I do the laundry.
