The roosters were crowing...surely someone told you about this when you acquired roosters...the neighbors were complaining...so you killed roosters that weren't even usable for meat...and then posted photos of said dead roosters on the internet? And it's supposed to be funny? I'm just not seeing how you could view this as an amusing thread and then be infuriated when people buy horses, get sick of putting up with them, and then send them to auction/slaughter. Sorry to be the token cranky vegetarian, but hey, someone has to do it!
Yeah That's basically it, I wanted to preserve the feathers, I had been meaning to thin out my rooster population, I keep them free range so after awhile we start getting to many males and I like a certain kid of feathering so I cull the ones that don't meet the criteria, the meat is unusable older roosters are really tough,I guess it sounds mean but that's how it is. Not that it's amusing just that it's my first try and preserving bird hides
