I'm definitely not for the death for bullying and littering law. I do not agree that bullying is easy to see either and each person responds to bullying differently in that one person may be severely traumatized whereas another defends themselves and succeeds or learns to become stronger from it.

Not to mention in many cases you are putting a childs parent or family member to death, what would the ramifications be on that that person dying?

Braking contact *ex: social services remove the child for abuse* is one thing but death?

Just my $0.02, but I'm from a country without the death penalty. There are definite times I wish we had it but this isn't one of those. Personally.

Uhhh I was being facetious, I kinda thought that was obvious.

I have issues with the death penalty. There have been people on death row who were without a doubt guilty and to be put to death UNTIL forensics proved otherwise many years down the road. I mean you have video of this guy doing the crime with a full confession, forensic evidence and a few witnesses that's one thing. But otherwise it scares the hell out of me to think that some prosecutor looking to land the big one could get someone convicted who is innocent and that person wind up dead. I'm sure it's happened more times than anyone would like to know. In recent years several folks have been cleared and set free.

So I guess I'm really anti death penalty myself. The theory of eliminating these people from society is "nice" but it doesn't work in reality. It's not a deterrent all it does is take that one person out of the equation. It also makes several other people murders by the very act that they kill someone themselves. I'm not a fan personally.
