Another thing that hasn't been mentioned in how one eats; it's not so much the old "chocolate and fried foods give you zits" thing, but, I have tried clean eating off and on (I am one of "those" dieters, who have tried everything once but cannot stick to anything), and I lasted about 3 months, during which I saw HUGE changes in my skin. My pores got smaller, there were less blackheads, very few whiteheads, and overall skin tone tightened and brightened (cheesy but true). It's been about two months since the last time I went on a diet protocol, and my skin looks horrible; all my flaws stand out, there are dark-circles and more red spots. I'm slowly working back into WW and clean eating, and I also am using emu oil and a micro-dermabrasion system I got from my dermatologist; my biggest problem is I have picked for too long, and now have broken blood vessels and scars I can't heal.
So "kids" pickers, watch out!

"A politician is a person who can make waves and then make you think he's the only one who can save the ship."
Ivern Ball

Why do most liberal political arguments boil down to someone shoving their pointy little nose in my face and saying "Well, you see, we've decided that personal responsibility, self-reliance, and independent thinking are old-fashioned and very passe'--not to mention dangerous and problematic!--so we insist you desist on all of the above at once!"
