Good for you, here's a cookie to go with your evening medicine.

Ya know the most important thing I was taught? Knowledge continually grows. New technologies improve things.
In 1967 they were "culling" color from the QH, as you should know anything with white feet was bad because white feet were bad. That"s been proven to be false.
Psssttttt my family had horses and my grandfather was a vet, still don't count my childhood riding and showing.
When your name is up there with the famous I will refer to you as the most knowledgable person on here. Right now you and I both know that non of the pictures taken were really able to tell you much.
Usually, if I want an animal to die, I take it to the vet...lol...
Can't count on one hand how many times I've brought animals home from a regular vet that they couldn't do anymore to save it,  & I was the one that had to save the animal in the end..

BTW, some things have changed, but I can't say for the betterment of the horse, just the betterment of someones pocket book...

Personally I never followed that ole wives tale about white feet. And no one I knew did either. They just poked at ya if you had a winning horse with several white feet in hopes of taking it off your hands for cheap...LOL!

And the numerous pics of that filly's front legs tell it all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Wink
