The middle diagram in the group of 3 shows a goose rumped horse (excessive pelvic angle and croup slope) with a short croup and corresponding high set tail. Didn't even need to go find you a pic as you provided one - thanks!

Ummm, that goose rump illustration I posted has a 'low" tail set...
find me a pic of a goose rump horse like the description below...
