oh, haha, I just came back to this and decided to update it.

I have ridden him twice, I have decided not to move foreward, no vet check, here is why.

He is one giant ball of energy, and never stops moving. My husband REALLY likes him, but my hudsband likes hot, I like laid back. Now that my husband isn't talking to me about him I was able to take a step back and kinda realize that we aren't going to click personality wise. When he is in the crossties he never stops moving his feet, he kinda prances back and forth and chews on the cross ties. I took him down to my trailer and loaded and unloaded him and he was good, but I was standing there holding him talking to the trainer and same thing, never stops moving, bobbing his head pulling on the rope, prancing around etc. He is cute, he is sweet. But he needs someone who doesn't mind all the energy. He has some great potential (not going to speak to soundness as I have not had a vet check done). I just can see myself getting super frustrated with the never holds still thing. I like a horse that if I want to stop and talk to someone on the trail I drop the reins, and horse will stand there as long as I want to talk. While this little guy could be improved with training, I don't think he will ever be that kinda horse.

Anyone see UP! ?

You know how the dogs are all doing something and then go "squirell!!!" and lose all their focus to look at the squirell, then forget what they are doing? He reminds me of that. I would be endlessly frustrated by that.
