I can't see his face but it looks okay. His neck is called an "ewe" neck- ie. look at the dip just before his withers. It is not put on the right place on his shoulder, which is straight. He will not be able to set his head properly and will not be a comfortable horse in general to ride. Short back (look at from the end of his steep wither to his croup- he will be hard to fit saddles), long pasterns, etc. He is not "quality" when there are so many quality APHA horses out there. Compare him to forthefutureofthebreed on here. Her stud is what people look for in a APHA and you can see the difference between the two.

Baby horses are still babies and they need to be horses and time to grow up. They are only cute and fun for so long. Because the horse industry is in almost a crisis, many of us (like Fugly) would rather see someone give a home to a horse in need rather than produce more without a purpose or a chance in life. There are lot's of babies from closing farms that are heading to slaughter - that's right about where the "fun" ends.
