Not breed so much as a horse that has a lot of big movement that would be hard for a beginner to sit.

127,365 years ago, when I was actively in training for dressage (5 days a week, I mean), and had a job that paid me enough to afford a great horse, I went horse shopping with my trainer.  We found this great WB stallion, already dressage-trained, to a higher level than I was, which was what I wanted.  He checked out physically, I took him out in the arena for a test drive.  Cued him for an extended trot.

And away he went.

My feet bolted out of the stirrups, I went straight backwards over his rump, and landed standing with my legs positioned as if I were still in the saddle.  (Which caused my trainer to say, "You need a lot more lessons, let's go home."  She pretty much had to drag me away though because I was laughing so hard at myself.
