MY irritability goes up with a) the amount of time I'm left on hold, b) the amount of time I've had to talk to a person about the problem (my problems are veeeeery simple 99% of the time), c) why I had to call in the first place (is it my fault of 'your' fault), d) the number of times I've had to call you about the same damn thing, e) difficulty to understand (I will straight up ask to be transferred to an American technician, sorry, this call is already a PITA, I don't need to fight to understand you).
I have a dry sense of humor on the phone with people what I *have* to call. I'll joke, but I'm not all laughy laughy.
I've lost it on 2 people. My bank for being complete dickwads over a yearly charge that I have to fix every year for the past 5 years due to being tied somehow to my mother's accounts, and Samsung/Geeksquad for being completely unknowledgeable about their product line and transferring me back and forth for THREE HOURS while trying to figure out how to control all my electronics from one remote. (Everything is Samsung, I bought it that way so I only had to have one remote. Your product says it can do this, right out of the box. So when you tell me to go and BUY A UNIVERSAL REMOTE (when I paid around 300 extra for your damn brand name on my TV), I will literally say 'That is complete bullshit, let me talk to your supervisor' until I find someone who does know their product line. And I used to like technology...)
