I dunno.

Apparently you've never been "creeped" on before...

And the military has a procedure in place for that, if it happens.  Similar to, but more serious than, sexual harassment laws in the civilian workplace.  So if you're serving in the military, and some other guy keeps patting your ass in the shower, there are ways to deal with that that will see to it that his behavior stops.

In civilian life, women get creeped on by straight men all the damn time.  We've learned how to deal with it.  I can only assume that our soldiers will do the same.

Yeah.  the procedure goes like this:  Tell the person to stop it.  If they don't, tell person's supervisor they need to stop it. (You can, at this point continue to go up the supervisor chain until you get satisfaction or you can skip to===> ) If they don't, go to person's First Sergeant.  It will stop.  And all the supervisors and what not down the chain that didn't stop it will become educated on doing their job and stopping the bullshit.

There is also a sexual harassment hotline, if people can't bring themselves to actually talk to whomsoever is being a douche.  But normally telling someone that they are in violation of policy and they need to stop it is effective.  I actually never had it not work.

I get that you feel bad. You should. But feeling butt hurt doesn't solve the problem.
