Spook, why dont you share your back ground with us? You have 99 posts of great advice but there are only a few here that know you from another board. Do you mind telling us about yourself and sharing photos of you with your critters? You want people to follow your advice, and most of it is right on, but we know nothing about you. How 'bout it?

I didnt criticize his advice, but I dont think it is out of line to ask for a little bio and a few pics. Is it?
I notice that you've got nearly 600 posts but so far I've not noticed much in the way of anything great about what you say and I know nothing about you at all:  not a clue if you even really own a horse. I'm not particularly interested though as it tends not to take me long to decide and determine if there's any real substance, knowledge, experience of intellect behind the written word.    I'm sorry to hear you don't have that ability.

This is actually the only forum where I don't use my real and given name and Miss KG349, having had the experience of 4 whackos phoning all the way from the USA and from another forum, I'm thinking I absolutely see the point of not being quite so open when using real and given name is not a specific forum membership requirement and as such no-one else has to post credentials, a biography and contact details.

Whether someone follows or doesn't follow advice given is up to them entirely.    Heck I've come to know that even when folks are paying me for it !

I've had decades in the equestrian profession and I know I can't control what folks think and do and whilst I've no difficulty sharing and passing on knowledge and experience to educate the ignorant and fill in gaps, I make it a rule not to tangle or bother with those intent on the state of continual blissful wanton ignorance and terminal stupidity.
