I got frustrated with Telus (phone provider) the other day. I requested a switch on our internet routing line from one phone number to another. When they switched it, they did it to the wrong number (we have 3 lines) and thus we lost all our internet and our fax at the same time. Since we use VOIP, we also lost our phones.

After 2 days of being told "We're working on it" I started to get testy. This problem was because of their error, and now our business was unable to answer calls or check e-mails or fax orders for 2 days. I had to ask for direct lines to people because for the first 2 days as soon as I called in I got transferred to technical support that told us to unplug the modem, etc... They wouldn't listen when I told them this was an issue we had been dealing with and technical support had already determined it was not an easy fix.

Most of the time I try to be nice though, because I also answer the phones at my work.
