Dammit! I didn't bring my camera...and I was out there today too and STILL forgot to get pics! Argh...

Well, anyway, one side of the pasture is now completely fenced in, and we got the two retired horses moved over there. It was pretty funny watching them. They were calm, but obviously they could tell it was new and different. They walked the entire perimeter of the new part (the rest of the perimeter is still the original fence, not the Electro-braid), and got all the way to the far corner where the new fence meets the old. Then they turned around and back to the other corner, stopped, and just looked around like "wait a sec, I could have sworn we could go over there before!" They were totally confused, lol. But after a few minutes, they forgot about it and went on grazing.

The other side is all that's left to do, fencing-wise, and the wood for the shelter frame was delivered yesterday. THAT was interesting. The guy delivering it called my mom because she was going to be the only one available to meet him at the barn. She double checked that he knew where he was going, he says yes. She says that if he gets there before her, just hang tight because she'd be there soon. She gets to the barn and he's not there. 15 minutes go by....still not there. Another 5 minutes, and he calls her saying he on the road but doesn't see the barn. She asks which end he's on (it's not a long road so it seems strange he can't find it; it's the only barn on the road to boot). She finally goes..."you're in [town name] right?" and he says, "No, I'm in [other town 40 minutes away in the OPPOSITE direction]....I guess I really am lost!"

....WTF. She asked him during the first phone call if he knew where he was going...even told him the name of the town. *sigh* At least it showed up before dark. :/

If you're wrong, admit it.  If you're right...shut up!
