Mia most of what you mention is treatable. (the vision loss is the only one that might not be curable)

When your parents get older a lot of things happen to their bodies. You don't have any control over it. It totally sucks yes but aging is part of life. In the last 2 years my mom has had major heart surgery (valve replacement), had her heart restarted once (cardioversion), had 6 weeks of radiation to her nose for skin cancer, and now soon hopefully within the next week or so will have to have another restart after her levels (protime) are brought down. There are many other things but these are the highlights. I know she has a fantastic team of doctors and modern medicine is so advanced I try not to worry to much. I still worry of course but try to remain solid for her.

You'll eventually be able to handle all of these things (parent diagnosis issues etc). I don't want to say you get used to it (because it's impossible to get used to possibly losing a parent due to a condition) but you learn to really be supportive, to be an advocate for health and wellness. Be supportive of her needs. Try to maintain a positive attitude about it all and she will too!
