I dunno if I would call it a standard per say.

If the horse is sound, healthy and the coffin bone is correct then a 53* angle fronts would be just about perfect. You may get 55* on the rears. (again depending on the horse, health of the hoof and coffin angle) You also can take off the toe and have the angle still there.

If you have more toward 43* angle on the fronts or rears the horse will tend to be more coon footed. (no heel or underslung etc etc) It just depends on what is best for each individual horse (and each hoof).

Each hoof can even be different on one horse. In example: Lex near fore is around 52* good solid strong healthy correct hoof. Her off fore is more around 55* and ever so slightly clubbed. I can't go making them even by filing or cutting off her heel just to make her match her more correct hoof because it wouldn't be right for the coffin bone. Her hinds are around 53-54*. Make sense?

You also have to factor in the hairline/coronet line to around 30*. (depending again of course)

I'm sorry I can't give you a standard number. If I was pressed to give a number I would say a healthy sound hoof should be between 50-55 degrees.
