When I married, I kept my maiden name as my middle name and always use all three (given-maiden-married), not hyphenated, on everything. I was 30 when I got married, was known (locally) in my profession and all my degrees are in my maiden name so just tacking the married name on to that reduced confusion. It also helped distinguish me from my SIL who has the same first name as me and same maiden name as my married name.
