I am fortunate in that I don't have to worry about things stolen where I am currently at. If it had not been left in the arena, it would have been hanging on a stall in a still very public area. There are also others who have my permission to use my things.I realize I should not have left it out - I just feel hiding it and not saying a word to ME is childish and immature. It happens that other things get left out at times, including her things.

I have to agree with this.  A barn manager who plays games with clients and their things is no barn manager in my book.  She is acting like a child.  I've never been treated like that by a barn manager or owner.  She new it was yours it was a mistake it was left out (either by you or the person who borrowed it).  She should have just put it back.  It's not like you left your horse tied to a bench in the arena!  It was a quarter sheet for fucks sake.  Either she is a petty bitch who likes to cause drama and be passive aggressive about her clients or she is just plain lazy.
