Head, throatlatch, neck and attachment are decent.  Shoulder is decent as well (like QH said nice slope).  Back is a bit weak and attaches to a longish somewhat weak loin.  Croup is a bit short, steep and the tail is a bit high.  Hip is ok (a bit on the small side), stifle decent, not much set to hocks, and very fine boned.  Sickle behind.  Forelegs are very fine boned and rotated out quite severely.  (a bench knee going on there as well) They also come out of her to far forward.  The elbow should be back further.  Her chest is narrow yet and quite immature for 3.  It could be the severity of the outward rotation that comes out directly from the shoulder and makes her chest look immature.

Now with all that going on she at first look is a nice mare.  Really breaking her down though she's got some issues.
