^ No shit. However, when DH was going through the medical nightmare (whatever it was)that led to his heart surgery along the line he had x-rays done in the ER, at the same facility where he doctored.  It wasn't until many referrals and drs. later that we found out he also had spondoliosis (sp) L-5/S-1. When I got the copies of the X-rays, ME, me a layman, I saw it in a bad X-ray.  But they couldn't diagnose it until he had an UN-NEEDED MRI? (That wasn't the source of any pain so it was moot.) Some people go their whole lives and never know they have it. It usually happens in childhood when the little bone gets broke.
