BP, connective tissue disorders are a bitch to diagnose because a number of people who have the genetic predisposition don't have the disorder, and about the same percentage of people who don't have the genetic predisposition do have the disorder. That's true of just about every marker for it. Get a referral to a rheumatologist. They're used to sorting through the conflicting test results, comparing them to symptoms, histories, and clinical impressions, and coming up with a likely diagnosis (or three--once you get into autoimmune issues, different body parts get affected and called a different disease). Do it soon--the disease process can damage arteries as well as connective tissue.
