How about those rescues that retain ownership in their contracts? Like a long term lease but written as an adoption agreement? I know a couple of rescues taht have had to go take horses back when the adopter was in violation of the agreement, but I don't think that it was done through court. Yay or nay on the lease-like adoption agreements where rescues can take the horse back at their discretion?
