They are on the border of Salem and Northville. That makes sense as to why they aren't doing anything. It's self-care, so the healthy(er) horses' owners keep their hay on property. I was reading further on the case from December, and I guess one of the horses had to be euthanized, but 16 were returned. A different rescue helped in December, but doesn't have enough money now to feed more. I guess when they seized the horses the HS started taking donations for it, but the money never made its way to the rescue and the rescue payed out of pocket.
