Here it depends on the entirely on the qualifications of the trainer; lessons with an EC level 1 certificate and mid-level riding credentials is around $45-50/lesson horse included. A coach with FEI show level experience and quality lesson horses is usually $65-80+ per lesson. A lesson with Leslie Reid (Canadian Olympic team dressage rider) was $120 for 45 minutes on your own horse hauled into her facility.

I'm in the same area. All private lessons, HST included, my barn is $50 for 30 mins on a non-owned/non-leased horse and $40 for 30 mins on your own/leased horse. Obviously on the lesson horses you have 20-30 mins before the lesson to warm up. This is for bare-bones beginner up to 1st/2nd level dressage.

For a lesson with Eleonore Elstone at my barn (Para-Olympian, missed regular Olympics by just a couple points last time), her lessons are $65 on your own horse.

(HST is 12% here)
