If you knew the horse personally and worked with her, you might have a different opinion. Professionals have given up on her with things she does because she just completely switches off and there is little to no communication with her at that point. But I've taken it slow with her and we've come very far already and we now float - yay!

But anyway, the topic isnt about her. Its about the OP's horse. I was just saying not to discount certain methods for certain horses. Not that the OP's horse was in a trailer accident though so I dont think feeding in a float would change anything. Sounds very much like a respect issues rather than a genuinely afraid of the float issue.
