Well I haven't done much riding in the past year with Kelsey's health issues and then having to put her down last November. Plus she wasn't a jumper by any stretch of the imagination. I did a teeny tiny bit of jumping last summer, but no pics. I do have some older ones though. Keep your fingers crossed though... trying out a 5 year old TB gelding on Monday. He had a month training with a very good GP dressage rider, and has been doing local hunters this past summer.

These are from the last time I did XC, at a clinic with EC president Mike Gallagher on one of my coach's lesson horses. He was new to her program at the time and I was the first one to take him on the XC course. We had no idea what a beast he was... His previous owner evented him in a 3 ring elevator and running martingale. I was playing crash test dummy and only had a kimberwick.

Clinic with the same coach fall of 2009... G-po likes to go left

Also, my fun picture.... attempting to teach Kelsey to jump

You can't have temperament on horses. When something doesn't go well, you quickly get upset... that's not for horses, that's for husbands. ~ George Morris
