My mom has had 2 of them. I am not a fan. The first one, Mikey, was very sweet but kind of dumb. He died at age 5 and they were heartbroken.  He had stomach issues and heart issues.

They got a second one, Clancy, from the same breeder and he is NOT sweet. He bit one of my mom's clients. Then he bit a kid in the neighborhood. Both totally unprovoked. If he bites again, I think he will be put to sleep. Personally, I would have already done it. Animal control has been involved and it's a lawsuit waiting to happen.

They aren't particularly healthy and they aren't all sweet. Clancy is VERY protective and alpha. Plus, I think they paid between $1200-$1500 for each of them and have had nothing but issues.

Somewhere - behind the rider you've become, the long hours in the saddle,
the ribbons you didn't win, the falls you've taken, the tears you've cried,
and the horses you've given your heart to - is the little girl who fell in love
with the sport and never looked back. Ride for her.
