Yeah, chances are she decided to lay down for a bit and just didn't have the oomph to get back up and freaked a bit.
Honestly, though... it's a good sign that she was willing to fight and not just quit.

My worry is with her getting chilled... I have absolutely NO doubt however that you're going to be keeping an eye on her and watching her temp daily. If you guys have a stethoscope... I'd give her lungs and overall respiration a listen morning and evening.
Getting stressed and chilled will often cause pneumonia in critters in her condition, ime.

You're doing good work. It can just be so touch and go trying to fix them up in the winter versus warmer weather.
