Yes. That's our plan. We really do love them so much....

I mean, if a great home came along and wanted to make any one of them a house cat, I could not deny that for him/her. I just don't think many people want an older cat who could have respiratory issues. And, again, we love them a lot.

We are looking at small-ish properties of 5-10 acres (10 acres if some portion is on the side of a mountain or something).

We will have to set this kennel up there for them as well...until they are well-settled in their new "home" when we get there....maybe set them up inside a stall (that's how I got them moved from the house on the property (where FIL now lives) and into the barn. I have them microchipped....but I'd feel terrible if they got lost in the forest/mountains.

We just can't think of any other good alternative for them, Flip. We know that living in an enclosure isn't ideal....but it's the best we've been able to come up with.

None of this has been good. Everything feels like a compromise...
