It's not about the money. It's about whether they're doing the right thing for the horse.

That's where I have an issue with this case. I said as much on the last thread.

Of course it didn't die pain free. It had collitis and abscesses in it's feet. Each alone painful and ordinarily each just symptomatic.

Sadly I fear the horse was being metaphorically paraded and used as a poster child to generate money from bleeding hearts. Obviously though that money was given willingly and freely.

I'm not seeing anything to make me think it was misappropriated though.

Someone commented about the fact the horse was being picked up and cremated was further waste of money?

What the hell did you expect?! Disposing properly always costs money. You can't jut leave them to stink and rot on the muck heap and you can't just bury them where they fell!
