If you are handing out your CV and a cover letter please check your bloody spelling. Every thread you've started recently has a misspelt word in the title. They are right on the nice paper thing. I only ever bring one copy, but YMMV. Don't send your site pictures in advance, take them with you to talk about when you're there.

You can take or leave this, but if it is a formal interview (ie not on-site getting your hands dirty practical interview) dress smart, not the WCC shirt, the slacks/button up shirt/black shoes combo. No one was ever not hired for being too formally dressed and if that's why they don't hire you you don't want to work for them anyway. I am a suit at all times person but we work in different areas so if you think slacks are formal enough then that's fine.

You may find the STAR technique useful: situation, task, action, result. It provides a clear structure to your answers and means you won't go off topic.

The thing I find most helpful (I know they've worked with you before but they're looking at you in a different light now, as a potential employee) is that people make up their mind about you in the first five seconds. Go in smiling and confident and use your body language to your advantage. There's a TED talk (I think Amy Cudy?) you may want to google about power poses. It may sound ridiculous but I find it works well. Big open body language will make you feel better and will make you come across better.

ETA: I don't interview people, but I seem to spend the majority of my life talking to people who have. I've done a bazillion grad job interviews so I think I have the technique pretty much down. Just wanted to let you know in case you want to disregard because I'm not actually the interviewer. Also, this question comes up on reddit every month or so, you might want to do a search at r/askreddit because there tends to be a few bits of really good advice from actual recruitment people.
